Bullsbrook residence

New framed house for a couple in Bullsbrook. In order to control budget, the owners are self-help in some areas and purchasing a lot of the internal fittings and fitments.

We negotiated a reduced contract with a local builder – Hughes Builders Pty Ltd.

The project has reached a completion of the builder’s Stage One works and has been handed over to the owners for their internal fitout and finishing. Once this is complete the builder will complete his second stage fix, ready for the owners to fully occupy and enjoy their new residence.
