This new family home situated on a sloping block in Darlington has been designed to address and encompass where possible the natural rock features of the site, patented ‘outdoor room’  overlooks and provides direct connection between the inside of the residence and the new pool organised by the owners.

This home features maintenance-free Colorbond cladding, combined with good passive solar design and high levels of insulation to provide a low energy consumption, low maintenance home for the owners’ family.

Recently the owners commented that on a cloudy time there was no need to turn on lights to read due to the abundance of natural light in May.
