Gooseberry Hill residence

This Gooseberry Hill residence for a return client of 25 years, required overcoming challenges of building on a 20 degree slope whilst maximising the outlook, passive solar access, and still meeting the privacy setbacks for the Residential Design Codes.

After this custom design, high quality home was completed, the owners  moved into this new home from their previous 10 acre property.

We worked closely with the builder BE Projects (WA) Pty Ltd, trades and suppliers on site to realise the high level of finish we look to achieve on every project.
